Objectif THE FINAL DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM WITH GRAPHICAL DISPLAY POSSIBILITY WILL ALLOW FOR A MORE RATIONAL BUDGET ALLOCATION ON THE BASIS OF DIVERSES CHARACTERISTICS OF DIFFERENT ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES. THE USE OF THE TOOL MIGHT, IN THE LONGER TERM, ENABLE ECONOMIC BENEFITS DUE TO THE MORE RATIONAL PLANNING. The Energy Decision Aid as is stands, is suitable only for its intended purpose of demonstrating the concept of applying numerical aids to the budget allocation procedure. This it does quite successfully. However, only four subprogrammes are included, with only three objectives for the programme as a whole, chosen to illustrate the principle involved.
