Obiettivo Aim of research: The aim of the research is to reduce external physical stress to acceptable levels, so that total external stress (including work and organisation) will guarantee safety, health and wellbeing. This applies both to members of the workforce exposed to stress directly and those who happen to be or are usually working in the vicinity. The study also coveres stress suffered by local residents. Observation, measuring and evaluation of: External stress: work, organisation; environment:- anthropometric, biomechanical physical: noise, vibration, climate, lighting Functional stress: physiological, mental, behavioural Subjective stress. The project aims at improving working conditions in the vicinity of a fluidised bed plant. Devising improvements both in the short and long term.
