Deliverables

  • Yearly e-newsletter

    Yearly e-newsletter: that will be spread to relevant stakeholders, by the project website and where relevant through additional networks (e.g. linkedin/facebook/twitter etc.). the project foresees three letters, in months 6, 18, and 30.

  • Tailored e-brochure

    Tailored e-brochure for informing stakeholders digitally (e.g. by e-mail, social networks, etc.)

  • Web based system for technologies clustering and public consultation

    Web based system for technologies clustering and public consultation. This will be a constantly evolving section related to the web based system for technologies clustering and public consultation (in relation to WP1, WP3, WP4).

  • Generic project power point presentation

    Generic project power point presentation that can be used for presentations to external stakeholders by project representatives

  • Report on the second workshop

    Report on the second workshop - focus on review of first recommendations, refinements where needed and the inputs/directions for further work

  • First short roadmap outline to discuss in the first workshop

    This concerns a first rough outline, which will be used to guide further discussions. It is intended to be a first version or a first line of thinking for the final roadmaps.

  • Draft Integrated Strategic Research and Innovation agenda

    This will be a first draft of the R&T agenda. This draft will be extensively reviewed by the roadmap leaders of WP3, as they have developed in collaboration with the key stakeholders and the other road map leaders a waste stream specific roadmap. Their input will be used to write the final Strategic Innovation and Research Agenda.

  • Outline report on future use cases

    first outline of the report on future use cases, based on information from WP2 and WP3 and when necessary additional knowledge.

  • Report summarising the results of the analysis of Automotive value chain

    Report summarising the results of the analysis of the Automotive value chain as it is carried out in the context of WP2

  • Report on circular economy in EU-funded projects

    Report on circular economy in EU-funded projects, including means to align them to the project. The project will address the following topics: - funding size, participating partners and countries. - involved sectors, materials and project types (e.g. CSAs; RIAs, IAs), related theme area or call identifier when available. - the type of circular economy solutions developed/tested, concepts being applied (e.g. circular design; product life extension; sharing platforms; product as a service; etc.). - project related deliverable on policy recommendations, when available.

  • Report on technologies to be clustered

    Report using the data from the ICT platform, identifying technologies to be clustered.

  • Final Integrated Strategic Innovation and Research agenda

    This is the final version of the Integrated Strategic Innovation and Research agenda

  • Common methodology for bottleneck analysis

    - Significance of the limiting factors is evaluated based on the economic value, improvement of resource efficiency and strategic value that could be attained by removal or reduction of the limiting factors - A two-stage methodology is developed: pre-screening based on expert evaluation and screening based on more thorough analysis of the most significant factors - Methods used in analysis include: desk study summarising existing data, interviews of actors in different parts of value chain, analysis of statistical data and stakeholder workshops (1/ each value chain focusing on expert evaluation of the limiting factors in value chains. - MCA method for prioritisation of the limiting factors.

  • Policy brief

    a report containing recommendations and outlooks for policy makers and key stakeholders will be produced, focused on overcoming barriers by supporting RTD, and addressing certain behaviours and structures. Consultation with representatives of the identified will be undertaken in order to validate the outputs.

  • Report summarising the results of the analysis of Food value chain

  • Final roadmap ELV

    The task leader has the lead in the development of the roadmaps according to the agreed methodology.

    draft roadmaps are the second version of the roadmaps, that include the input from the first discussion.

    The task leader has the lead in the development of the roadmaps according to the agreed methodology.

  • Report: the role of the public authority

    Environmental Authorities have a crucial role in closing the circular economy. This report describes current EU Legislative Instruments (IPPC Directive, ErP Ecodesign Directive, Waste Frame Directive and more specific ones like WEEE and ELV) and national specific Legislations (e.g. nation waste treatment plans, subsidies, green deals) that will be checked on practical implementation rules that support the Circular Economy.

  • Final roadmap packaging waste

    The task leader has the lead in the development of the roadmaps according to the agreed methodology.

  • Final report on future use cases

    Full and final report on future use cases, concluding this WP, presenting new use-cases or business models that will drive change in the value chains.

  • Report on Stakeholder Analysis

  • Report on cross linking of the results per value chain, waste streams and raw material stream

  • Interaction with local media - at least 1 per consortium partner

    In order to make sure that each partner contributes to the dissemination communication activities, we stimulate the interaction with local media incl. non-professional articles in local newspapers dedicated to general public, interviews etc. whenever possible. The target is at least 1 per consortium partner, but more is encouraged.

  • Final project conference

    Final project conference concluding the project and reporting on the project's results. The conference will be accessible in invitees only.
