  • WeLive Evaluation Report v1

    This report includes an evaluation plan describing methods for collecting user feedback, and analysing the data. Further the document describes the actual main findings of the evaluation in respect to predefined KPIs. Citizen insights will be elaborated in order to showcase success and failure points in the system.

  • Citizens´ & Stakeholder's Engagement & Cooperation Plan v1

    Engagement plans for the users in all the cities including details about the Ideas and Apps contests to be organized. There will be two versions, one before the first phase of the pilots and another one afterwards.

  • Trento, Bilbao, Finish Region and Novi Sad environment v1

    This document reports the WeLive environment setup in Trento, Bilbao, Novi Sad and the Finish region by integrating the WeLive components into the their respective SmartCity platforms.

  • WeLive Ethics Assessment and Data Protection v2

    A second version of this document will be submitted to the European Commission right before the starting of pilot phase II (M26) including a status report on the ethical monitoring from the External Ethics Committee.

    Assesses the impact of WeLive from social, economic, and transparency point of view.

  • WeLive Ethics Assessment and Data Protection

    This deliverable will contain all the Ethics aspects that should be taken into account during the project lifespan and the data protection policy and measures applied in each member of WeLive consortium. This document will be also submitted to the REA on M3 of the project just right after the relevant WPs start and before its submission it requires the approval from the Ethics Committee.

  • Methodologies to involve and encourage stakeholder participation

    The methodologies and process to achieve high involvement and participation from stakeholders will be defined. This deliverable will pay special attention to the methodologies and criteria to be used for the research participants recruitment including the informed-consent templates.

  • Definition of the WeLive Service Co-creation and Innovation approach

    The theoretical basis upon which service co-creation and innovation will be tackled in WeLive will be defined. Furthermore, a specification of the technical support to put in practice the service co-creation and innovation viewpoint will be made.

The second version of this deliverable will include a set of requirements to ensure a wider acceptability of the solution, e.g. usability, accountability and ethical aspects.
