Objective

Deliverables

  • Project Workshops (1)

This deliverable will describe the initial design and the organisation of the project events, as described in Section 2.2.2, as well as partners’ participation and presentations in relevant events and conferences.

  • Dissemination pack

This deliverable will include the development of communication & dissemination material.

  • Report on Advisory Board meetings (2)

An External Expert Advisory Board will be created with representatives from organisations relevant to the objectives of the project. They will participate in workshops, they will review the project activities and outcomes, identify the strong/weak points with respect to the objectives of the project and the applications of the results, and provide recommendations. This deliverable will be the second report of their participation to the project.

  • Report on Advisory Board meetings (1)

An External Expert Advisory Board will be created with representatives from organisations relevant to the objectives of the project. They will participate in workshops, they will review the project activities and outcomes, identify the strong/weak points with respect to the objectives of the project and the applications of the results, and provide recommendations. This deliverable will be the first report of their participation to the project.

  • Software components development

The deliverable will elaborate how the RECAP software components will be developed and integrated. Localised versions of the platform will be available in order to ensure their easier usage by both public administration servants and farmers with no knowledge of foreign languages.

  • Communication and dissemination plan

The D5.1 Communication and dissemination plan will be set up at the beginning of the project (M3) in order to identify and fix the dissemination objectives. It will include the set of actions necessary for its achievement and the deadlines for each of them. It will represent a guideline to define the specific target audience, as well as the tools and materials to be developed during the life of the project. The impact that the communication activities have played in the general public’s knowledge of the project and its working spaces will be assessed through analysis of criteria established in the dissemination plan on quantitative and qualitative basis (such as an approximate number of the website visitors, the persons contacted and informed about the project initiative and any positive feedback collected, the impact had on the media). These preliminary results will be taken into consideration also for eventual corrections and adaptation of the plan set-up at the beginning of the project.

  • Market Assessment Report

This deliverable will include an enumeration of RECAP competitors and an analysis of their characteristics and will establish the positioning of RECAP within the landscape of competitors. This analysis will serve as the basis for establishing the market for the RECAP solution and a macro-scale evaluation of the potential size of the market. The output will be an estimate of the Full Potential Market (FPM) and the Total Addressable Market (TAM).

  • Pilot Plan

The deliverable will establish a detailed pilot plan to guide the effective and successful deployment of RECAP in all pilot countries.

  • Network of interest meeting report (1)

This deliverable will include the first report of the RECAP Network of Interest meeting.

  • RECAP System Architecture

This deliverable will include the analysis of the use case scenarios and stakeholders’ requirements and will map them into application requirements. It will include the functional and non-functional requirements of the software on the basis of the use case scenarios. Finally the deliverable will refine and enrich the set of suitable existing techniques and technologies in order to produce the system architecture and design, comprising the overall architecture, the Application Programming Interface (API) description and the Software Development Kit (SDK) characteristics to support any technical integration from external systems. Lastly the Tools Center which will host all custom tools developed for RECAP, will be described.

  • Data Management Plan (1)

This deliverable will include the first version of the projects' Data Management Plan (DMP). It will detail what data the project will generate, whether and how it will be exploited or made accessible for verification and re-use, and how it will be curated and preserved. The purpose is to support the data management life cycle for all data that will be collected, processed or generated by the project.

  • Data Management Plan (2)

This deliverable will include the second version of the projects' Data Management Plan (DMP). It will contain updated information on what data the project will generate, whether and how it will be exploited or made accessible for verification and re-use, and how it will be curated and preserved. The purpose is to support the data management life cycle for all data that will be collected, processed or generated by the project.
