Mostra l’obiettivo del progetto Nascondi l’obiettivo del progetto Obiettivo Rotating machinery downtime and breaking cause huge economic losses to industry. Due to this, Predictive Maintenance (PM) is gaining popularity among those manufacturers willing to extend their assets’ lifecycle, decrease maintenance costs and minimize unplanned production breaks. However, State-of-the-Art PM techniques are still based on old assumptions (i.e. signals stationarity) which do not fit anymore with the emerging flexible and variable production models. Signals to Solutions (S2S) is the only available PM tool capable of analysing at a fast speed non-stationary data, which better reflect real production cases, where the intensity of use of machines varies according to different time schedules, productivity needs and working conditions.S2S will be able to extend industrial equipment lifecycle by up to 4 times comparing with standard maintenance approaches, reduce by up to 130% the overall costs for equipment operation & maintenance, eliminate unplanned machinery downtime and erase the risk of environmental and human-related disasters linked to machinery failure. There is no competitor capable of reproducing our solution.PM is a fast-growing international market and is expected to reach € 8.84bn by 2022. Current PM market is dominated by few international companies and a direct competition with them would be hard. Therefore, in order to quickly access the market and avoid its entry barriers, we will establish strategic partnerships with: a) equipment manufacturers, to embed S2S directly in their equipment; b) current PM vendors, to integrate S2S in their PM solutions. Through our Feasibility Study we will pinpoint our strategic partners and identify the best technological fine-tuning for S2S. We aim to introduce S2S to key industries for the EU such as Aviation and Offshore drilling, representing a potential €64bn market. Our goal is to reach €23.8m annual turnover by 2025 (0,027% market share), with €22.7m accumulated profits and 99 new jobs created.
