MyKeople: an innovative SaaS platform for assessment, training, and support of companies and employees embracing digital transformation.
With 55% of organizations recognizing a widening digital talent and skill gap and €0.9M losses due to the lack of digital knowledge more and more companies invest into their digitization.
A key challenge is understanding their needs and obtaining quantitative insights into the company’s digital state. Therefore, Digi’Diag, one part of MyKeople’s Digi-Suit offers full diagnostics of the digitalization of a company.
Having helped 25 clients with more than 20,000 employees to assess their companies, new, additional parts of the Suit focus on individualized digital training for employees. With the preliminary version (3), including Digi’Learn and Digi’Board, about to be launched, we now aim to expand our portfolio, translate the platform to English, invest into the identification of more precise user and learner profiles and assist large companies on their way towards full digitization.
With the increased necessity to be “online” and “go digital”, everyone is required to change and adapt. MyKeople offers an innovative, sustainable, and integrated solution including diagnostics, user profile identification, and individualized digital training. Benefits are manifold, most clearly supporting employees, teams, and companies to keep on track with today’s digitization.
Technical Feasibility as well as Commercial Potential of the MyKeople platform were explored and confirmed. Client feedback ensured, that additional features will contribute to increase our product quality and respond to market needs.
We developed a sales strategy, focusing on 1) our entire product suite and 2) sector and profile specific digital knowledge profiles.
We further identified our target market, mainly including large France-based, international companies, aiming to grow across Europe and the World. Intellectual property concerns, commercial risks and financial feasibility were assessed and do not present any challenges to our commercialisation strategy. Our phase 2 work plan includes details regarding all aforementioned aspects.
Given the ongoing digitization movement across all sectors and lack of effective training materials, MyKeople’s approach is unique and promising. The combination of diagnosis and training allows best possible benefits for companies and employees.
MyKeople’s agile approach makes it very open and adaptable to distinct requirements, making it the ideal tool to accompany much needed and at times challenging digital transformation phases.
