Circular Economy Entrepreneurship in Denmark

Project description

Enabling an ecologically safer economic field

With the climate crisis putting people at risk in every part of the world, many are focusing on an economic model that emphasises competitiveness and ecological sustainability. Circular economy entrepreneurship comes to fill in this space by introducing an economic field that focuses on a mix of protecting, sustaining and healing the environment while remaining competitive in modern-day markets. Unfortunately, despite the sudden interest that has been drawn to this field, little is known about how entrepreneurs create and support new ventures. The EU-funded CEED project aims to find the enablers and barriers that concern new areas and use them to assist in the spread of circular economy entrepreneurship.
