Project description
Capacity building for Finland’s SMEs
Key account management (KAM) is the process of building long-term relationships with your company's most valuable accounts. As such, it should not be underestimated. To this end, the EU-funded FINKAMIE2021 project will provide KAM services to beneficiaries of the Enhanced European Innovation Council (EIC) pilot in Finland: SME Ιnstrument, FTI (Fast Track to Innovation) and FET (Future and Emerging Technologies) Open. The small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that will avail of these services will also receive an innovation boost. The aim will be to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of innovation processes. The service includes an assessment of innovation management capacity and development actions.
