Objective The research study presented here aims to solve a problem which very often appears in the moulding productive process as a breaking that the porous wood veneers have when they have to be used as a covering for materials derived from wood used with adhesives and where the geometry of the mould profile shows concave and convexe areas (small geometric ra- dius). This is producing a high number of rejected pieces at eleva- ted cost because it is the last part of a productive process. In order to get positive results, it's going to study a pre- vious productive process to the joint operation with the wood veneer to avoid this fracture.
