Objective The participation of central and eastern Europe countries shall enlarge the frame of the current contract substantially. The information expected shall be evaluated by the procedere and criteria of the EUROWIN database and included continuously to the annual reports to be finished for the CEC. The national sub-contractors have to provide ISE with relevant information about the national status and the development of wind energy use and to support ISE by finishing the annual reports for the CEC within the EUROWIN project. To fullfill the tasks of this project the sub-contractor has to collect monthly or annual performance data coming from operating wind-turbine plants in his country which are to be supplied in a continuous way to the main contractors EUROWIN database system. In addition information about existing wind measurement data have to be collected. Possibilities of further wind measurements have to be discussed and potential wind turbine sites have to be identified.
