Cel The Aim is the realisation of information supports1) Realisation of a brochure for general public on efficient housing, providing future or new occupants of new housing a better knowledge on characteristics of installations and systems (heating, venting, hot water) at their disposal, to make optimal use, increase comfort and enhance control of energy consumption.2) Realisation of information support on efficient housing, providing managers technical information on products and methods for the design of efficient housing, aiming to develop new housing market with QUALITEL high Energy Performances Label.Better information of general public and professional of building sector, providing to professional a better information and knowledge for a better energy efficiency of their projects.The project consist in design of two brochures for a better information of general public or professional and housing managers.The first brochure is entitled "Habiter performant ... mieux utiliser l'énergie dans votre logement neuf". This brochure will be used for sensibilisation of new users to the quality and Energy Efficiency of new buildings, and allows future or new occupants of new housing a better understanding of characteristics of installations and systems at their disposal for heating, venting, and hot water production. This first level of knowledge, with a set of practical advice provided in the brochure will led to use equipment of the housing, in optimal way, with a better comfort and better control of energy consumption.This document will be widely diffused using organisms in charge of general public information (Ademe, ADIL, SCL ...) it will be distributed also to building owners, or contracting authorities.The second brochure is entitled " Habitat performant... Conception optimisée, énergie maîtrisée". This support will provide to professional of building sector a technical description and information on products and methods contributing to the design of energy efficient housing, and will promote the QUALITEL High Energy Performance Label.The Bureau d'etudes Thermiques André POUGET will cooperate with QUALITEL Association by data and bibliography collection used for the first brochure, and by data collection on performance characteristics of described products and systems, by modelling and computing expected performance characteristics for the second Brochure.
