Cel The aims of the proposal are the following:- To evaluate and then translate the existing knowledge to an open educational package dealing with the energy efficiency in buildings- To develop an efficient educational procedure based on a sequence of complete and intensive cources addressed to all building professionals- To create a permanent structure in order to continously update and improve the whole educational package- To assist the EC to extent the use of the overall educational package to the European educational and professional organizations.The overall structure will increase the education efficiency and thus will contribute to reduce the energy consumption of the building sector in Europe.The Purchase of the developed educational material to the various institutions will provide financial support of a new structure aiming to improve and update the basic one.Selection of the topics dealing with energy efficiency in buildings where certain material will be developed and training packages will be designed.Collection and evaluation of the primary material to be used for the development of the educational structureDevelopment of the educational material for each selected topicDesign and organization of the training packages and adaptation of the developed material to the training packagesTesting of the developed material, testing of the overall training packagesDistribution of the material to a number of experts for collection of commentsFinal development of the material and delivery to the CommunityCreation of a structure for continous update of the material and the training activities.
