Network of Cooperation in Multifunctional Microsystems with Central and Eastern European Countries

Ziel

The aim of this project is to establish links between East and West European laboratories active in microsystems technology ( MST ). A strategy will be developed which will place special emphasis on providing specific solutions for industrial needs in the Eastern countries through transfer of knowledge and by developing appropriate technologies.

One of the activities of NEXUSEAST consists of visits of a NEXUS committee to a number of MST oriented laboratories in these countries in order to explore the specific problems and possibilities of cooperation.

European links:

The project builds on ESPRIT project 7217 (NEXUS), a Network of Excellence in Multifunctional Microsystems.
