EXTRACTION PLANT USING SOLVENT IN THE PROCESSING OF OFFALS OF BUTCHERING

Objective

Improving the quality of the product removing any traces of solvent in the flour; reduction of energy consumption through thermal recovery and reduction of pollution so as to comply with the new E.E.C. regulations, higher quality and value product, increase in productivity so as to deal with all raw material available on the market.L%
The new device allows the use of different material as raw material. In addition the output is constant with a higher quality of produced fat and flour and lower environmental impact.
Fat extraction process using solvent in plants where butchering waste is treated. Extraction plant using liquid solvent to separate the fatty substance from treated material. Capacity = 500 t/24h.
Being thus completely innovative, this plant allows better production yields (less than 3% residual fat in protein flour compared to a standard 6%), energy saving (195 kg water vapour/t compared to a current rate of 500 kg/t),
environmental respect (outflow limits comply with current E.E.C regulations).
