Obiettivo The overall objective is to promote implementation of energy efficient solutions in the public/non-profit housing sector through education and training activities.The following main elements are included in the project:1. Establishment of a group of European energy experts2. Establishment of an energy-guidance secretariat3. Energy training courses/seminars in 4-6 EU-countries together with local housing associations.4. Survey of good energy projects in the housing sector (newbuild and rehabilitation)5.
