Cel This project intends to get accurate knowledge of the patterns of the use of energy and power, i.e. to know how much, when, how and in wich end uses the energy is consumed. The available information about the residential sector consists of statistical analysis (based on inquiries). The method used, metering, provide the highest precision of the results, wich permite to validate and complemente the existing data.
