Cel INCLUDE brings together leading European experts on telematics support for the elderly and disabled to get the best out of related applications in the EU Telematics Applications Programme. The initiative will assess all relevant project plans and achievements, with mechanisms for all-round concertation and consensus expected to boost the effectiveness of projects' user needs studies. In addition to its ongoing project-level support, it will also examine standardisation and legislation issues to ensure broad uptake of the results, and produce targeted publications and other information on good design.
