Ziel

This project will provide Telematics Applications Programme consortia with guidelines and recommendations for effective evaluation techniques in implementing and validating multimedia applications. The techniques will focus primarily on interface usability, human communicative behaviour, and social and organisational impact, together with the impact on users of variance in network performance. Guidelines will be disseminated as widely as possible among projects, a selection of which will benefit from more detailed consultancy and advice tailored to their specific requirements.
