Proposal will create tools and structures that can generate income from the production of "products" which has traditionally been considered "public goods" ("multiple purpose forestry" - environment and amenity). A framework for multifunctional and market orientated forest management will be developed (marketing stategies & tools, business organisation, project management). Property rights and policy implications are also to be addressed.
