Objectif The aim of this pilot project is to design, deliver, evaluate and disseminate a training programme to facilitate the self-employment of unemployed women with dependent relatives.The method of training will be adapted and tailored to the real needs of the target group. Appropriate tools will be developed for the training of such women in self-employment practice and business techniques. They will be designed to enable women to develop and enhance their own existing skills.
