Cel This project responds to changes in trades that have operated independently for too long in the food/catering industry. Its objective is to set up links between the baking, cold-meat products, pastry-making, hotel and catering industries and bring training schools and companies closer together.Groups of students will participate in mini-enterprise projects, during which they will study the "product ordering/production/sale" and "stock management/retail sale of products" chains whilst paying due regard to quality, advertising and the sector's European dimension. To create synergy between the various project areas, the partners also propose to re-define "professional qualifications" for evolving occupations by drawing up a reference list of job profiles in the food/catering sector. Young people will be actively involved in the job profiling survey. The partners will also create "personal skills profiles".Impact Development of anticipatory skills-management for food/catering occupations.
