Cel The appeal for mentors targeted by this project is intended, in conjunction with existing socio-economic integration measures, to promote an interdisciplinary approach to general problems linked with youth integration by adopting an original response: providing a disadvantaged group with a network of contacts it would not normally be able to access by virtue of its position. This project will make use of a multi-player partnership to synergise networks in France, UK (Scotland) and Germany, comprising training organisations, junior chambers of commerce and institutional partners. This network will first initiate research on methodology in each partner country with the aim of establishing a mentoring system and widening its application to transnational level. Experiments based on local and transnational mentoring research/training initiatives will facilitate a detailed assessment of how existing integration programmes can be enhanced. A transnational comparison of the development phase of these experiments and their results will be provided in a joint mentoring guide available on the Internet.ImpactDevelopment of an innovative youth integration programme offering an interdisciplinary approach to associated general problems by adopting an original response: providing a disadvantaged group with a network of contacts it would otherwise not have access to.Contract number : F/96/1/05357/PI/I.1.1.e/CONTDomaine : Life long learningContents : Transition of young people to work Disadvantaged people Social exclusionProducts : Evaluation tools Group training with tutor Computer/electronic-based materials Public : Disadvantaged groups Trainers, designers & managers of training programmes Planners Program(-y) ET-LEONARDO DA VINCI 1 - Action programme for the implementation of a European Community vocational training policy Leonardo da Vinci, 1995-1999 Temat(-y) I.1.1.e - Vocational training arrangements for persons disadvantaged on the labour market Zaproszenie do składania wniosków Data not available System finansowania CSC - Cost-sharing contracts Koordynator IRFOLIM Wkład UE Brak danych Adres 20 ENCOMBE VINEUSE 87100 Limoges Francja Zobacz na mapie Koszt całkowity Brak danych
