Obiettivo Although proximity employment is growing at an annual rate of between 4% and 7%, many needs are still not being catered for. The project partners, whose skills and activities complement each other, are convinced that services cannot be created without local effort and professionalisation of the service providers. They therefore intend to create a European youth/adult initial and continuing training system for personal-assistance occupations in the broad sense of the term.A needs-analysis targeting service-users in the partner countries will constitute the first phase of the project.
