Cel In the changing world of work, individuals are increasingly taking responsibility for their own training and development. This can be confusing and different for many who are used to their managers arranging training for them, or who think that learning ended after college. This project aims to provide a practical guide for employees, the self-employed or those presently unemployed. The guide will describe the different ways we learn and explain the variety of ways a development need can be met. These will include formal training courses, learning from the work we do, reading and many other methods. The partners will exchange best practice ideals, agree on common descriptions of core needs - such as communications, quality and information technology - and pilot the work to ensure that the guide is clear and easy to follow. The guide will be available in hard copy, disk format, on CD-Rom and on the Internet. ImpactThis project will support individuals who want to manage their own development and will ensure that they are skilled, flexible and adaptable for the work opportunities of the future.Contract number : UK/96/1/40024/PI/I.1.1.b/FPCDomaine : Continuing vocational trainingContents : Access to vocational training Vocational/ Careers guidance Forecasting training needsProducts : Open and distance learning material Semi-autonomous/ flexible training Book, manual, guide Public : Workers in companies Unemployed Managers/ Owners of SMES Program(-y) ET-LEONARDO DA VINCI 1 - Action programme for the implementation of a European Community vocational training policy Leonardo da Vinci, 1995-1999 Temat(-y) I.1.1.b - Continuing vocational training arrangements Zaproszenie do składania wniosków Data not available System finansowania CSC - Cost-sharing contracts Koordynator SOUTH EAST EMPLOYERS Wkład UE Brak danych Adres STAPLE HOUSE, STAPLE GARDENS SO23 8SR Winchester Zjednoczone Królestwo Zobacz na mapie Koszt całkowity Brak danych
