These will be constructed in several different ways including the synthesis of palmitoyl-thioesters and by combinatorial chemistry with the basis in Pam3Cys constructs. Adjuvants and vehicle systems based on quillaja saponins of defined structure converted to ISCOMs will be used as vehicle/adjuvant system for enhanced presentation of the peptides.
