Objective

AERONETII addresses the issue of reducing the impact of aircraft emissions on the atmosphere. For many subjects in this complex field communication and co-operation and the consideration of a broad variety of technical, economic, environmental and social aspects among the different stakeholder of aircraft and engine, air transport and jet fuel industry, aeronautical and atmospheric research and regulatory bodies is helpful or even necessary. AERONETII provides the only well organized, comprehensive and continuous platform in this area. Workshops, meetings, short studies and open scientific colloquia will be performed. It will foster the interdisciplinary relationships, raise the level of personal and corporate knowledge and confidence among the partners, identify gaps in knowledge and needs for further research and development.
