Cel The aim of the research is to define the most suitable rolling practices to close internal porosities in as-cast products with a minimum of reduction. The work will focus in particular on the correlation between the various types of internal porosities and the metallurgical and casting parameters that give rise to them. The CSM will study round-oval geometries. The mathematical model built by ARBED will be used in the project. The work will be coordinated with BSC project P.2282.
