Objective The HIGHEST network links enterprise organisations representing four regions - Alpes-Maritimes, Helsinki region, Torino Area and Southern Sweden. The partners specialise in Information and Communication Technologies and have already worked together in several common sectors such as e-commerce.The partner from the Alpes-Maritimes region is CICOM organisation - a privately owned enterprise incubator in the Sophia Antipolis Scientific Park; Helsinki region is represented by the Otaniemi Science Park, which is centred around the Helsinki University of Technology. Torino area is represented by the recently created Politechnico Torino incubator, while the partner representing Southern Sweden is EuroFutures, a Consultants company, together with Sydsam, a network organisation covering the six most southern counties in Sweden.Members of HIGHEST: Alpes-Maritimes (FR), Helsinki region (FIN), Torino Area (I) and Southern Sweden (S).
