Objective The project will elaborate the historical working techniques of Neaten mortars and will propose appropriate restoration mortars for two reference objects, the temple of Gresham in Syria and Quasar al Bint in Petra, Jordan. The importance and the possibilities of the historical working techniques will be presented to the cultural heritage administration and craftsmen respectively firms in the Mediterranean partner countries.
