Objetivo A mutant strain of S.sclerotiorum deleted of the gene coding for protein kinas A, will be constructed and analysed as to its ability to produce lyric enzymes and to infect host plants. Novel information will be gained concerning the signalling that controls the regulation of enzymes genes in phytopathogenic fungi.
