Objectif The stress hormone jasmine acid (JA) operates a master switch controlling plant defence and secondary metabolism. JA regulates gene expression by activating specific AP2/ERF-domain transcription factors. The proposed project aims at identification of additional switch components and at studying the activation mechanism.
