Objective Metabolic stress is associated with a number of neurological disorders. The proposal will investigate novel aspects of cell signalling that underlie changes in neuronal function associated with periods of hypoxia/ischemia, such as the relationship between calcium homeostasis, morphological changes and glutamate receptor subunit expression.
