Ziel

A European Conference on Advanced Technologies will be organized to optimise the knowledge gained within the Union in the field of advanced food technologies. This utilisation and integration of research results from the 4th and 5th framework for the conference and for 2 brokerage events will be the essential part of the project. It is the goal of the conference to summarize and critically discuss European research on advanced technologies and to contribute to the improvement of exchange among scientists, producers, consumer and legislators. In addition, post conference dissemination and networking activities will be carried out.
