Ziel

The aims of this research are the following: -Evaluate the thermal losses in vacuum vessel containing liquid steel; -Determine the conditions of skull formation during the treatment of liquid steel; -Localize the area and time of refractories wear during the treatment. The data collected will permit the heating conditions to be optimised.
