Objetivo Our society has moved from a phosphorous recycling loop, where animal manure and human wastes were spread on farming land to recycle nutrients, to a once-through system, where a large part of the used (artificial) fertiliser consists of phosphate compounds extracted from mined, non-renewable rock. To provide a more sustainable solution in fertilisation, the phosphate in manure should be used instead, thus in feet repairing the broken agricultural phosphorous cycle. In order to guarantee an environmentally sound use of manure for agricultural purposes, its composition should be certified and free of heavy metal pollutants. To achieve these goals, the research described in this proposal is addressing two objectives:¿ Ámbito científico engineering and technologyenvironmental engineeringwaste managementwaste treatment processesrecyclingnatural sciencesearth and related environmental sciencesenvironmental sciencespollutionagricultural sciencesagriculture, forestry, and fisheriesagriculturehorticulturevegetable growing Palabras clave 03.03.04.04.09.00.00 Environment Health and Programa(s) FP6-MOBILITY - Human resources and Mobility in the specific programme for research, technological development and demonstration "Structuring the European Research Area" under the Sixth Framework Programme 2002-2006 Tema(s) MOBILITY-2.1 - Marie Curie Intra-European Fellowships (EIF) Convocatoria de propuestas FP6-2002-MOBILITY-5 Consulte otros proyectos de esta convocatoria Régimen de financiación EIF - Marie Curie actions-Intra-European Fellowships Coordinador AGROTECHNOLOGY AND FOOD INNOVATIONS Aportación de la UE Sin datos Dirección Bornesesteeg 58 WAGENINGEN Países Bajos Ver en el mapa Coste total Sin datos
