Cel This research project is involved in the application of UV-visible-IR spectrometry. The ultimate aim is the development for metallurgical applications (process control, chemical baths, etc) of continuous UV-visible-IR methods coupled with a recirculating cell, or using optical fibres connected to the spectrometer - testing new optical fibres in the infra- red ranges. This is a promising area for research since product quality depends on continuous checking of the process.
