Obiettivo This project will develop a new method for descaling hot strip using oscillating nozzles with small diameter water jets with the objective of achieving satisfactory scale removal with minimum heat loss and reduced expenditure of energy. Initially a laboratory exercise, the method will be optimised and validated on an industrial scale.
