Obiettivo This research project, in collaboration with P2742, is intended to study heat transfer and CO and NOx formation, destruction and emission. The project is intended to solve problems of simultaneous CO and NOx emissions using methods which are easily retro- fitted to existing plant and which do not reduce heat transfer or production efficiency. Burner design will be studied and implemented, and mathematical models will be developed to provide predictions of emission levels.
