Obiettivo EPSINet-CEE aimed to extend the benefits of EPSINet Accompanying Measure - which became operational in August 2001 - to the former 10 EU candidate countries of Central and Eastern Europe and to enable development of a truly Europe-wide PSI Network in line with the process of EU enlargement. EPSINet sought to improve human interaction and knowledge exchange, stimulate best practice and consensus building dissemination of public administrations, industry and PSI users in candidate countries.
