Objective
The eGovernment roadmap project aims at identifying and characterizing the key research challenges, required constituency, and the implementation model for a comprehensive European initiatives on holistic and dynamic government 2020.The vision is to transform the European Government landscape into a coherent community anticipating customer needs and leveraging the potential of the diversity and innovativeness of public agencies, and transforming the Union to the world leading knowledge society. The project will develop visionary scenarios for eGovernment research 2020 and a detailed roadmap for the transformation process. This will include measures for research, development, demonstration, implantation, dissemination, promotion, and assessment, trading and standardization.
