To demonstrate the use of innovative PV finance mechanisms by working with banks and finance companies to assess all the possibilities for innovative PV finance mechanisms5. To demonstrate the potential for cost reductions through competition and economies of scale6. To review, develop, demonstrate and disseminate best- practice social integration techniques.
