Final Report - PRONE (Precautionary risk methodology in fisheries)

This is the final activity report of the EU-funded PRONE project, which aimed to develop risk methodologies for fisheries management, in order to assist managers to understand and confront inherent risks of the European fisheries, so as to improve the sector economic profitability.

The document firstly presents the objectives of the project and the involved parts. It then refers to the various produced deliverables, describes their objectives, the employed methods and approaches and their achievements in contrast to the state of the art. PRONE outcomes are also summarised, focusing mainly on the impact of the project in the research sector. Finally, the report refers to the applied dissemination strategy and to proposals for future framework research in the field.
