The NOAH'S ARK project, which was funded under the European Commission's Sixth Framework Programme (FP6), aimed to assess the overall risk posed by climate change on the built cultural heritage through the evaluation of currently available data. Additional project objectives were to develop mitigation and adaptation strategies and to provide advice for policy makers and legislators.

This final activity report refers to the problems that ought to be solved and briefly presents the NOAH'S ARK specific objectives and the utilised approach. In addition, the attained progress is summarised. Finally, the document highlights the anticipated project impact and the undertaken knowledge dissemination activities.
