This is the final report of the EUROPREVALL project, which aimed to examine the complex interactions between food intake and metabolism, immune system, genetic background and socioeconomic factors to identify key risk factors and develop common European databases.

The report explains the project's background and objectives and also the main achievements in its various areas of research. It presents the conclusions and recommendations as resulted from the project and also offers some information on organisational aspects of the project, like training, partner collaboration etc.
