This is the project sheet from the VALOR project. VALOR was a nine-month project aiming to lay the foundations for a full ERANET dealing with practical support for the development of spin-offs. The partners aim to get to the heart of the 'European paradox' - the yawning gap between Europe's world-class academic research and its much less successful industrial innovation.
