Final Report - GRPN (Gene regulation at the nuclear periphery)

Project ID: 255300
Funded under: FP7-PEOPLE

The spatial organisation of the genome in the nucleus has a role in the regulation of gene expression and the mechanisms involved in nuclear reorganisation are poorly understood. In order to find the factors involved, it was important to explore when this reorganisation takes place during mouse embryogenesis. To do this, two different in vitro differentiation protocols of mouse embryonic stem cell (mESC) were used.
