Summary of the context and overall objectives of the project

The Orchextra Platform is created by Gigigo as a result of more than 10 years building tailor-made projects for big companies such as Hewlett Packard, McDonalds, Coca-Cola, Walmart, Aeromexico, Ipiranga, etc.

These projects and services result accessible for big corporations with a high budget allocated for IT, Marketing and sales, but smaller mid-sized companies simply lack the capacity to access top nocht technology such as the set of services within the scope of Orchextra. Thanks to this project Gigigo will evolve its service to build the most efficient omni-channel platform to provide mobile marketing support to small companies or large companies that are structured in smaller production units.

Work performed from the beginning of the project to the end of the period covered by the report and main results achieved so far

After 15 months of project we can state that the original objectives in terms of product building have been fully met and in some cases clearly surpassed. ORCHEXTRA has been validated in large scale trials and in the first months after the project end it has been already confirmed that ORCHEXTRA will provide the digital Marketing / Transactional services on top of an IOT Platform that is rolling out more than 10.000.000 (TEN MILLION beacons) worldwide during the next 5 years.

Progress beyond the state of the art and expected potential impact (including the socio-economic impact and the wider societal implications of the project so far)

"Orchextra has achieved its original goals during the project. During the last months Orchextra has evolved from a ""nice-to-test"" SaaS Platform to run digital marketing services on top Coca-Cola Mobile apps to an Omni-channel solution to build, configure, deploy and track digital experiences from a transactional and entertainment point of view not only for native apps, but also for web based environments, both desktop and web mobile, dramatically increasing the possibilities ahead of Orchextra. Currently Orchextra can provide
- Digital Marketing Platform: Orchextra as the main Platform to provide Digital Marketing services to native apps.
- Global Mobile Framework: Orchextra is one of the vendors in the shortlist to be selected as the Framework to build and roll out native apps in a cost-effective way with the full set of digital marketing capabilities available in the platform.
- CRM Integrator: Orchextra can be integrated with customers' global CRM in order to provide precision marketing and re-engagement actions that are meant to become capital in the future through Business Intelligence capabilities.
- Orchextra Promo Tool: Orchextra is the best platform to configure and roll out transactional experiences involving Digital Promotions and Digital Coupons campaigns for all the local markets.
