Dimensioning of beam-switched antennas for optimum performance to complexity ratio

This result allows to assess the number of elements of the antenna array that ensure the required performance level in terms of carrier-to-interference ratio in a TDD/TDMA wireless network employing beam switched antennas.

This result may be of interest to manufacturers of BS antennas willing to optimise the complexity/cost of their systems.
