CIFF - An abductive proof procedure for non-allowed abductive logic programs with constraints and its application to agents' planning and reactivity, with prototype Implementation

CIFF is a novel extension of Fung and Kowalski's IFF abductive proof procedure, dealing with constraint predicates and dealing with non-allowed abductive logic programs.

We have applied CIFF to realise intelligent agents that can construct (partial or complete) plans and react to changes in the environment. We have implemented CIFF in Sicstus Prolog.
